🍽️ Oven-roasted semi-dried tomatoes

Ingredients
- 750 g large cocktail tomatoes
- 2 fresh garlic cloves
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 5 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 140 degrees Celsius. Set the heating mode to top and bottom heat.
- 2. Line a baking tray with baking paper to prevent the tomatoes from sticking.
- 3. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
- 4. Remove the green stems from the tomatoes.
- 5. Cut the tomatoes in half.
- 6. Place the tomato halves on the tray with the cut side facing up.
- 7. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 8. Finely chop the garlic.
- 9. Distribute the garlic pieces evenly over the tomatoes.
- 10. Season the tomatoes generously with salt and pepper.
- 11. Drizzle everything with the olive oil.
- 12. Place the tray in the oven and bake the tomatoes for about 1 hour.
- 13. Remove the tomatoes from the oven.
- 14. Serve the semi-dried tomatoes as an appetizer.
- 15. Serve with fresh ciabatta bread.
