  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Wash the pumpkins thoroughly.
  3. 3. Cut the pumpkins in half.
  4. 4. Place the pumpkin halves cut-side up on a baking sheet greased with oil.
  5. 5. Mix the honey with the lemon juice, cumin, coriander seeds, and 6 tablespoons of olive oil in a small bowl.
  6. 6. Brush the pumpkins generously with the marinade.
  7. 7. Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake the pumpkins for about 40 minutes.
  8. 8. Take the tray out occasionally and brush the pumpkins again with the remaining marinade.
  9. 9. Remove the pumpkins from the oven.
  10. 10. Sprinkle them with salt and pepper.
  11. 11. Serve the pumpkins immediately.
