🍽️ Honey-Cumin Roasted Pumpkin Halves

Ingredients
- 4 small Hokkaido pumpkins
- 2 tbsp liquid honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp coriander seeds
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- sea salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Wash the pumpkins thoroughly.
- 3. Cut the pumpkins in half.
- 4. Place the pumpkin halves cut-side up on a baking sheet greased with oil.
- 5. Mix the honey with the lemon juice, cumin, coriander seeds, and 6 tablespoons of olive oil in a small bowl.
- 6. Brush the pumpkins generously with the marinade.
- 7. Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake the pumpkins for about 40 minutes.
- 8. Take the tray out occasionally and brush the pumpkins again with the remaining marinade.
- 9. Remove the pumpkins from the oven.
- 10. Sprinkle them with salt and pepper.
- 11. Serve the pumpkins immediately.
