🍽️ Chicken Cream Cheese Terrine

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 400 g goat cream cheese
- 1 bunch arugula
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Slice the chicken breast fillets lengthwise into thin slices.
- 2. Season the chicken slices with salt and pepper.
- 3. Place half of the seasoned chicken slices in the bottom of the greased dish.
- 4. Wash the arugula and shake it dry.
- 5. Puree the dry arugula with the oil until smooth.
- 6. Mix the arugula-oil mixture with the goat cream cheese.
- 7. Season the cheese mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- 8. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the chicken base in the dish.
- 9. Place the remaining chicken slices on top of the cheese layer.
- 10. Seal the dish tightly with aluminum foil.
- 11. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- 12. Pour about 1 cm of boiling water into the oven's fat pan.
- 13. Place the sealed dish into the hot water bath.
- 14. Cook the terrine in the oven for about 45 minutes.
