  1. 1. Slice the chicken breast fillets lengthwise into thin slices.
  2. 2. Season the chicken slices with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Place half of the seasoned chicken slices in the bottom of the greased dish.
  4. 4. Wash the arugula and shake it dry.
  5. 5. Puree the dry arugula with the oil until smooth.
  6. 6. Mix the arugula-oil mixture with the goat cream cheese.
  7. 7. Season the cheese mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. 8. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the chicken base in the dish.
  9. 9. Place the remaining chicken slices on top of the cheese layer.
  10. 10. Seal the dish tightly with aluminum foil.
  11. 11. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  12. 12. Pour about 1 cm of boiling water into the oven's fat pan.
  13. 13. Place the sealed dish into the hot water bath.
  14. 14. Cook the terrine in the oven for about 45 minutes.
