  1. 1. Remove the stems and the inside of the chili pod.
  2. 2. Wash the chili pod thoroughly.
  3. 3. Cut the chili pod into very fine rings.
  4. 4. Place the dried rosehips and rooibos tea into a small pot.
  5. 5. Add the freshly cut chili rings to the pot.
  6. 6. Pour 250 milliliters of water into the pot.
  7. 7. Bring the mixture to a boil on the stove.
  8. 8. Reduce the heat to the lowest setting.
  9. 9. Cover the pot with a lid.
  10. 10. Let the tea steep on low heat for 4 to 5 minutes.
  11. 11. Pour the finished tea through a sieve into a cup.
