🍳 Quick Oat Bran Rolls in the Microwave

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp ground oat bran
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp quark (fat-free)
Instructions
- 1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until you have a uniform mixture.
- 2. Place the mixture into a microwave-safe plastic container.
- 3. Bake the mixture in the microwave for 4 minutes.
- 4. Check if the roll is firm and dry. If it still looks moist, bake it for another 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- 5. Remove the roll from the microwave and let it cool for a moment.
- 6. Slice the roll into pieces.
- 7. Place the slices in a toaster and toast them until they are crispy.
