  1. 1. Preheat: Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius. If using a fan (convection), set it to 160 degrees Celsius. Gas settings 2 to 3 also work well.
  2. 2. Dry ingredients: Take a large bowl. Add sugar, oat flakes, flour, a pinch of salt, and cinnamon.
  3. 3. Mix dry: Stir all dry ingredients in the bowl thoroughly.
  4. 4. Dried fruit: Add the cranberries to the mixture and stir them in briefly.
  5. 5. Liquid: Pour the rice drink over the dry ingredients.
  6. 6. Stir dough: Mix the rice drink in only briefly. The dough must not become too soft.
  7. 7. Let rest: Let the dough rest at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
  8. 8. Prepare tray: Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  9. 9. Shape cookies: Use two spoons. Form small mounds of dough onto the tray.
  10. 10. Press flat: Press the mounds down slightly.
  11. 11. Bake: Bake the cookies in the hot oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
  12. 12. Cool down: Remove the tray. Let the cookies cool down on it.
