  2. 2. Add oats, cranberries, apple juice, and two tablespoons of lemon juice to a bowl.
  3. 3. Stir the mixture well.
  4. 4. Let the oats soak for about one hour.
  5. 5. Roughly chop the walnuts.
  6. 6. Lightly toast the nuts in a pan without fat.
  7. 7. Pour the nuts onto a plate.
  8. 8. Let the nuts cool down.
  9. 9. Whisk maple syrup, cream cheese, and yogurt in a separate bowl.
  10. 10. Stir in a little cinnamon to taste.
  11. 11. Wash the pears.
  12. 12. Dry the pears with a cloth.
  13. 13. Slice the pears and remove the core.
  14. 14. Cut the pear slices into thin sticks.
  15. 15. Mix the soaked oats with the yogurt mixture.
  16. 16. Fold in the pear sticks and the walnuts.
  17. 17. Spoon the muesli into bowls.
