🍳 Overnight Oats with Pear and Nuts

Ingredients
- 0.5 lemon
- 150 g fine oat flakes
- 50 g dried cranberries
- 100 ml apple juice
- 50 g walnut kernels
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 300 g curd cheese (13% fat)
- 150 g yogurt (0.3% fat)
- a little cinnamon
- 2 pears
Instructions
- 1. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon.
- 2. Add oats, cranberries, apple juice, and two tablespoons of lemon juice to a bowl.
- 3. Stir the mixture well.
- 4. Let the oats soak for about one hour.
- 5. Roughly chop the walnuts.
- 6. Lightly toast the nuts in a pan without fat.
- 7. Pour the nuts onto a plate.
- 8. Let the nuts cool down.
- 9. Whisk maple syrup, cream cheese, and yogurt in a separate bowl.
- 10. Stir in a little cinnamon to taste.
- 11. Wash the pears.
- 12. Dry the pears with a cloth.
- 13. Slice the pears and remove the core.
- 14. Cut the pear slices into thin sticks.
- 15. Mix the soaked oats with the yogurt mixture.
- 16. Fold in the pear sticks and the walnuts.
- 17. Spoon the muesli into bowls.
- 18. Serve the breakfast.
