  2. 2. Mix the butter, honey, and vanilla seeds until creamy.
  3. 3. Add the eggs and whisk the mixture until frothy.
  4. 4. Add all remaining ingredients to the mixture.
  5. 5. Mix everything well until you have a uniform dough.
  6. 6. Let the dough rest for about 30 minutes.
  7. 7. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius (180 degrees Celsius for fan-assisted or gas mark 3).
  8. 8. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  9. 9. Take spoonfuls of dough and place them on the tray with some space between them.
  10. 10. Bake the cookies for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
