  1. 1. Rinse the dried fruits under hot water.
  2. 2. Place the fruits in a bowl.
  3. 3. Cover them with 250 milliliters of water.
  4. 4. Cover the bowl and let the fruits soak for 5 hours.
  5. 5. Remove the fruits from the water.
  6. 6. Let them drain well.
  7. 7. Chop the fruits into small pieces.
  8. 8. Put the milk, a pinch of salt, and the oat flakes into a pot.
  9. 9. Bring the mixture to a boil once.
  10. 10. Reduce the heat to low.
  11. 11. Let the porridge simmer for 10 minutes.
  12. 12. Stir the porridge frequently.
  13. 13. Divide the finished porridge onto plates.
  14. 14. Top the porridge with the prepared fruits.
  15. 15. Sprinkle sugar over it.
  16. 16. Add a dollop of whipped cream.
  17. 17. Serve the porridge warm.
