Ingredients
- 90 ml Water
- 20 g delicate oat flakes
- 100 g Nectarine
- 1 tsp rapeseed oil
Instructions
- 1. Pour the water into a pot and add the oat flakes. Bring the mixture to a boil, then let it simmer on low heat for 3 minutes while stirring constantly.
- 2. Wash the nectarine, remove the stem and the pit, and mash the flesh into a puree. Stir the nectarine puree and the oil into the oatmeal. Check the temperature before serving.
