🍳 Creamy Oatmeal with Fresh Pears

Ingredients
- 125 g Oat Flakes
- 300 ml Milk
- Salt
- 1 tbsp Pear Syrup
- 1 Pear
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Lingonberry Compote
Instructions
- 1. Put the oats, milk, and a pinch of salt into a pot.
- 2. Heat the mixture and stir constantly until it thickens into a porridge.
- 3. Stir the pear syrup into the hot oatmeal.
- 4. Remove the pot from the heat and let the porridge cool down for a moment.
- 5. Wash the pear thoroughly under running water.
- 6. Cut the pear into four equal quarters.
- 7. Remove the hard core from the center of the pear quarters.
- 8. Cut the pear quarters into very thin slices.
- 9. Drizzle the pear slices with lemon juice immediately to prevent them from browning.
- 10. Spoon the oatmeal into individual bowls.
- 11. Place the pear slices and cranberry compote on top as a garnish.
- 12. Serve the breakfast immediately.
