🍰 Creamy Oatmeal with Fresh Berries

Ingredients
- 250 g fresh raspberries
- 700 ml rice drink (rice milk)
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 200 g delicate oat flakes
- 1 tbsp rice syrup
Instructions
- 1. Carefully pick over the berries and remove any stems or unripe parts.
- 2. Gently rinse the berries under cold water.
- 3. Pat the berries dry with a kitchen towel.
- 4. Add the rice drink, vanilla powder, and oat flakes to a pot.
- 5. Heat the mixture while stirring constantly until it boils.
- 6. Reduce the heat to the lowest setting.
- 7. Let the oatmeal simmer on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes until it thickens.
- 8. Stir the rice syrup into the finished oatmeal.
- 9. Taste the mixture one last time and adjust the seasoning if needed.
- 10. Spoon the oatmeal into small bowls.
- 11. Top the oatmeal with the prepared berries.
- 12. Serve the breakfast immediately.
