  3. 3. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  4. 4. Reduce the heat and let the porridge simmer on low heat.
  5. 5. Stir occasionally while doing so.
  6. 6. Let the porridge cook for about 15 to 20 minutes.
  7. 7. The oatmeal is ready when the flakes have softened and have a creamy consistency.
  8. 8. Add a little more milk if the porridge is too thick.
  9. 9. Divide the oatmeal into two bowls.
  10. 10. Place the raisins in a bowl with warm water.
  11. 11. Let the raisins soak for a short time.
  12. 12. Remove the raisins from the water and let them drain well.
  13. 13. Wash the apricots thoroughly.
  14. 14. Pour boiling water over the apricots.
  15. 15. Peel the skin off the apricots.
  16. 16. Halve the apricots.
  17. 17. Remove the pits from the apricot halves.
  18. 18. Place the apricots in a pot.
  19. 19. Pour in 80 milliliters of water.
  20. 20. Add four tablespoons of agave syrup.
  21. 21. Heat the mixture in the pot.
  22. 22. Simmer the apricots for 2 to 3 minutes under a lid.
  23. 23. Remove the pot from the heat and let the apricots cool down.
  24. 24. Place the apricots and the raisins on top of the oatmeal.
  25. 25. Serve the dish immediately.
