🍽️ Creamy Oatmeal with Fresh Banana and Yogurt

Ingredients
- 100 ml Milk (3.5% fat)
- 20 g fine oat flakes (2 tbsp)
- 50 g ripe bananas (0.5 small bananas)
- 0.5 Orange
- 3 tbsp Yogurt (3.5% fat)
Instructions
- 1. Pour the milk and the oats into a pot.
- 2. Place the pot on a low heat setting.
- 3. Stir the mixture continuously.
- 4. Simmer the porridge for about 2 minutes.
- 5. Remove the pot from the heat once the porridge is creamy.
- 6. Peel the banana.
- 7. Place the banana in a deep bowl.
- 8. Mash the banana finely with a fork.
- 9. Squeeze the orange.
- 10. Take 2 tablespoons of the orange juice.
- 11. Mix the orange juice with the mashed banana.
- 12. Stir the yogurt into the warm oatmeal.
- 13. Top the oatmeal with the banana and orange mixture.
