🍽️ Oatmeal with Apricot

Ingredients
- 50 g small ripe apricots (1 small ripe apricot)
- 200 ml milk (3.5% fat)
- 20 g oat flakes (instant oat flakes; 2 tbsp)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the apricot thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Make a small slit in the skin of the apricot using a sharp knife.
- 3. Carefully peel the skin off the apricot.
- 4. Cut the apricot in half.
- 5. Remove the pit from the apricot.
- 6. Cut the apricot flesh into small pieces.
- 7. Pour the milk into a small saucepan.
- 8. Add the instant oat flakes to the saucepan with the milk.
- 9. Bring the mixture of milk and oat flakes to a boil once.
- 10. Remove the saucepan from the heat.
- 11. Add the apricot pieces to the hot oatmeal.
- 12. Blend the entire mixture briefly with a hand blender until smooth.
- 13. Pour the finished porridge into a baby bottle.
- 14. Ensure the bottle is fitted with a cross-cut teat.
- 15. Check the temperature of the porridge before feeding the baby.
- 16. Feed the baby with the prepared porridge.
