🍽️ Fresh Scallop Bites with Ginger

Ingredients
- 6 Scallops
- 1 Lime (juice)
- 6 slices Whole grain bread
- 20 g Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- 80 g Ginger (sweet-sour pickled)
- Cilantro (for garnishing)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the scallops under cold water.
- 2. Pat the scallops completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Cut each scallop horizontally into two halves.
- 4. Place the scallop halves on a plate.
- 5. Drizzle the scallops with the lime juice.
- 6. Cover the plate and let it sit in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
- 7. Cut out 12 round circles from the bread.
- 8. Lightly toast the bread circles.
- 9. Spread the butter onto the toast slices.
- 10. Take the scallops out of the refrigerator and pat them dry again lightly.
- 11. Season the scallops with salt and pepper.
- 12. Place the seasoned scallops on the buttered toast slices.
- 13. Add some grated ginger (Gari) to each scallop.
- 14. Garnish the bites with fresh coriander leaves.
- 15. Serve the finished bites immediately.
