Ingredients
- 12 slices baguette
- 250 g Roquefort
- 4 fresh figs
Instructions
- 1. Turn on your toaster or set your oven to 'Grill' or 'Convection at high heat'.
- 2. Slice the baguette into thick pieces.
- 3. Place the bread slices in the toaster or on a baking tray in the oven.
- 4. Toast the bread until it is golden brown and crispy.
- 5. Take the baguette out of the toaster or oven and place it on a plate.
- 6. Take the blue cheese out of the packaging.
- 7. Crumble the cheese into small, irregular pieces using your fingers.
- 8. Distribute the cheese pieces evenly over the warm baguette slices.
- 9. Rinse the figs under running water.
- 10. Gently dry the figs with a kitchen towel.
- 11. Slice the figs into thin pieces.
- 12. Arrange the fig slices decoratively on top of the cheese.
