  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius with top heat.
  2. 2. Let the butter soften at room temperature and beat it until creamy.
  3. 3. Press the peeled garlic into the butter.
  4. 4. Season the butter mixture with herb salt, pepper, and ground nutmeg.
  5. 5. Boil the eggs hard for about 10 minutes.
  6. 6. Peel the cooled eggs and cut them lengthwise into quarters.
  7. 7. Place the baguette on a rack and bake it in the oven for about 5 minutes until crispy.
  8. 8. Rinse the shrimp briefly and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  9. 9. Melt 2 to 3 tablespoons of butter in a pan over low heat.
  10. 10. Toss the shrimp in the melted butter.
  11. 11. Spread the remaining seasoned butter on the warm baguette slices.
  12. 12. Place one shrimp and one egg quarter on each baguette piece.
  13. 13. Garnish the bites with fresh parsley and serve.
