  1. 1. Cut the chicken meat into 12 equal bite-sized pieces. Peel the garlic cloves and press them into a bowl. Add 4 tablespoons of oil, lemon juice, and curry powder, then mix well. Place the meat in the marinade, mix thoroughly, and let it marinate covered for 1 hour.
  2. 2. Wash the zucchini, trim the ends, and slice it. Wash the bell peppers, halve them, remove the seeds and white membranes, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel the onions and cut them into eight wedges lengthwise.
  3. 3. Remove the meat from the marinade, let it drip dry, and pat it dry with kitchen paper. Wrap each piece of meat in half a slice of bacon. Thread 3 pieces of meat and the vegetables alternately onto each skewer. Season the skewers with salt and pepper.
  4. 4. Fry the chicken skewers in the remaining oil for approx. 8-10 minutes until crispy on all sides. Brush them repeatedly with the remaining marinade while cooking.
