  1. 1. Put the walnuts into the mixing bowl. Chop them for 5 seconds at speed 6. Remove the nuts and place them in a small bowl.
  2. 2. Wash the parsley and shake off excess water. Pluck the leaves from the stems. Chop the leaves for 3 seconds at speed 8. Add the parsley to the bowl with the nuts.
  3. 3. Rinse the mixing bowl and dry it thoroughly.
  4. 4. Peel the onion and cut it in half. Put the halves into the mixing bowl. Chop the onion for 5 seconds at speed 5.
  5. 5. Use a spatula to scrape the onion pieces down from the sides of the bowl.
  6. 6. Add the oil. Sauté the onions for 3 minutes at 120 degrees Celsius on speed 1.
  7. 7. Rinse the chicken breast fillets under cold water. Pat them dry with kitchen paper.
  8. 8. Cut the meat into cubes approximately 2 by 2 cm in size.
  9. 9. Season the chicken cubes with salt and pepper.
  10. 10. Add the chicken to the mixing bowl. Sauté it for 5 minutes at 120 degrees Celsius in reverse direction on the gentle stirring setting. Do not place the measuring cup on the lid.
  11. 11. Wash the pears and dry them. Cut them in half and slice into eighths. Remove the core.
  12. 12. Squeeze the lemon half.
  13. 13. Wash and trim the fresh beans.
  14. 14. Add juniper berries and bay leaf to the chicken. Cook for another 2 minutes at 120 degrees Celsius in reverse direction on the gentle stirring setting. Do not place the measuring cup on the lid.
  15. 15. Add the pears and beans. Sauté them for 1 minute at 120 degrees Celsius in reverse direction on speed 1.
  16. 16. Pour in the lemon juice and vegetable broth. Cook the dish on medium heat for about 15 minutes at Varoma temperature in reverse direction on the gentle stirring setting.
  17. 17. Transfer the stew to a serving dish.
  18. 18. Sprinkle the walnuts and parsley on top.
