  3. 3. Wash the celery and remove the tough strings.
  4. 4. Cut the celery into bite-sized pieces.
  5. 5. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin strips.
  6. 6. Peel the onion and chop it roughly.
  7. 7. Heat some oil in a pot.
  8. 8. Fry the chicken cubes in the hot oil.
  9. 9. Add the celery and onions to the chicken.
  10. 10. Sauté the vegetables lightly for one to two minutes.
  11. 11. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  12. 12. Dust everything with flour.
  13. 13. Add the potato strips to the pot.
  14. 14. Deglaze the mixture with milk and broth.
  15. 15. Let the soup simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
