  4. 4. Drizzle lemon juice over the meat.
  5. 5. Let the meat marinate for 30 minutes.
  6. 6. Peel the garlic clove.
  7. 7. Mix yogurt, oil, the spice mix, and ginger in a separate bowl.
  8. 8. Press the garlic through a garlic press into the yogurt mixture.
  9. 9. Thoroughly mix the chicken meat with the yogurt marinade.
  10. 10. Seal the dish with aluminum foil.
  11. 11. Let the meat marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
  12. 12. Peel the cucumber.
  13. 13. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise.
  14. 14. Remove the seeds from the cucumber.
  15. 15. Grate the cucumber flesh finely.
  16. 16. Mix the grated cucumber with yogurt.
  17. 17. Season the dip with cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper.
  18. 18. Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers.
