🍽️ Chicken Skewers with Olives

Ingredients
- 250 g chicken breast fillet
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 12 olives (pitted)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the chicken breast under cold water.
- 2. Pat the meat dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Cut the breast into 12 equal cubes.
- 4. Drizzle the chicken cubes with lemon juice.
- 5. Season the cubes with pepper.
- 6. Wash the bell pepper thoroughly.
- 7. Remove the stem and the inside of the bell pepper.
- 8. Cut the bell pepper in half.
- 9. Cut the pepper halves into 12 pieces.
- 10. Thread one piece of chicken onto a small wooden skewer.
- 11. Add one olive.
- 12. Add one piece of bell pepper.
- 13. Repeat this until all ingredients are used up.
- 14. Heat the olive oil in a pan.
- 15. Fry the skewers on all sides over medium heat.
- 16. Remove the skewers from the pan.
- 17. Season the skewers with salt.
- 18. Serve the chicken skewers with olives.
