  6. 6. Cook the lentils at medium heat for about 45 minutes until tender.
  7. 7. Rinse the chicken breast fillet under cold water.
  8. 8. Pat the meat dry with a kitchen towel.
  9. 9. Cut the chicken meat into bite-sized cubes.
  10. 10. Thread the meat cubes onto wooden skewers.
  11. 11. Season the skewers with salt and pepper.
  12. 12. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan.
  13. 13. Fry the meat cubes at medium heat until golden brown on all sides.
  14. 14. Drain the cooked lentils.
  15. 15. Let the lentils cool down.
  16. 16. Squeeze half a lemon.

  18. 18. Shake the parsley dry.
  19. 19. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems.
