🍽️ Chicken Skewers with Hummus

Ingredients
- 1 chicken breast fillet
- 200 g beef fillet
- 1 green curry paste
- salt
- pepper (ground)
- 1 tsp coriander (ground)
- oil (for frying)
- 350 g chickpeas
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 lemons (juice)
- salt
- 0.25 tsp cumin
- 150 g tahini (sesame paste from the jar)
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 bunch mint
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
- 1. Cut the meat into thin strips and thread them onto the skewers. Rub the skewers with the spices and fry them over high heat until they are nicely browned.
- 2. Soak the chickpeas overnight. Then drain them and simmer them in a pot covered with water for about 40 minutes over low heat.
- 3. Drain the chickpeas and puree them finely. Peel the garlic cloves and rub them finely with salt. Mix this with the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, and cumin. Finally, season the mixture with salt.
- 4. Remove the seeds from the tomatoes and dice the flesh into small cubes. Mix the cubes with chopped mint, lemon juice, and oil. Finally, season the salad with salt.
