🍽️ Chicken Skewers with Yogurt Dip

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 6 tbsp oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)

- 1 cucumber
- 300 g whole milk yogurt
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tsp finely chopped dill tips
- salt

Instructions
- 1. Mix the pressed garlic with the oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- 2. Cut the chicken breast fillets into bite-sized pieces and thread them onto the skewers.
- 3. Brush the chicken meat with the oil-garlic mixture and grill it for about 6 to 8 minutes. Re-brush the meat frequently during cooking.
- 4. Peel the cucumber, cut it in half lengthwise, and remove the seeds. Coarsely grate the cucumber and mix it with the yogurt. Peel the garlic, press it into the mixture, and stir in the dill. Season the sauce with salt and pepper. Serve the chicken skewers with the dip.
