🍽️ Chicken Skewers with Pineapple

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breast fillets
- 400 g turkey breast fillet
- 2 mandarins
- 2 bananas
- 200 g pineapple cubes (fresh or canned)
- 2 apricots
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp ginger (freshly grated)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
- 1. Wash the chicken breast and turkey, pat them dry with a kitchen towel, and cut the meat into small cubes.
- 2. Peel the mandarins and separate them into individual segments.
- 3. Peel the bananas and slice them into rounds.
- 4. Wash the apricots, halve them, remove the pits, and cut the flesh into wedges.
- 5. Thread pieces of meat and fruit alternately onto the skewers.
- 6. Whisk together the honey, cayenne pepper, ginger, soy sauce, and oil to make the marinade. Brush the skewers with it and let them marinate for about 30 minutes.
- 7. Then grill the skewers on the grill, turning them several times, and grill them for about 8 minutes until golden brown. Brush them repeatedly with the remaining marinade while doing so.
