  1. 1. Wash the chicken breast and turkey, pat them dry with a kitchen towel, and cut the meat into small cubes.
  2. 2. Peel the mandarins and separate them into individual segments.
  3. 3. Peel the bananas and slice them into rounds.
  4. 4. Wash the apricots, halve them, remove the pits, and cut the flesh into wedges.
  5. 5. Thread pieces of meat and fruit alternately onto the skewers.
  6. 6. Whisk together the honey, cayenne pepper, ginger, soy sauce, and oil to make the marinade. Brush the skewers with it and let them marinate for about 30 minutes.
  7. 7. Then grill the skewers on the grill, turning them several times, and grill them for about 8 minutes until golden brown. Brush them repeatedly with the remaining marinade while doing so.
