  1. 1. Wash the pumpkin thoroughly.
  2. 2. Cut the pumpkin in half.
  3. 3. Remove the inside and seeds.
  4. 4. Divide the flesh into four large pieces.
  5. 5. Cut these pieces into thin strips.
  6. 6. Wash the rosemary sprig under running water.
  7. 7. Shake the water off the rosemary.
  8. 8. Chop the rosemary needles very finely.
  9. 9. Put the pumpkin strips into a large bowl.
  10. 10. Add one tablespoon of oil.
  11. 11. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  12. 12. Add the chopped rosemary.
  13. 13. Mix everything well until the pumpkin strips are coated.
  14. 14. Pat the chicken breast dry with kitchen paper.
  15. 15. Cut the meat into approx. 2 cm cubes.
  16. 16. Wash the zucchini thoroughly.
  17. 17. Cut the zucchini into bite-sized pieces.
  18. 18. Peel the onion.
  19. 19. Cut the onion into four quarters.
  20. 20. Carefully separate the onion layers from each other.
  21. 21. Wash the tomatoes.
  22. 22. Thread the chicken pieces onto the skewers in an alternating pattern.
  23. 23. Alternate with the zucchini pieces.
  24. 24. Add the onion layers.
  25. 25. Place the tomatoes in between.
  26. 26. Peel the garlic.
  27. 27. Chop the garlic finely.
  28. 28. Take half of the chopped garlic.
  29. 29. Mix it with the remaining oil.
  30. 30. Add salt and pepper.

  32. 32. Add dried herbs.
  33. 33. Stir everything into a seasoning mixture.
  34. 34. Brush the skewers with this mixture.
  35. 35. Place the pumpkin strips on the rack in Zone 1.

  37. 37. Set the air fryer to 180 °C.
  38. 38. Select the „Roast“ (Bake) function.

  47. 47. Take the remaining garlic.
  48. 48. Mix the yogurt with the garlic.
  49. 49. Add the chopped parsley.
  50. 50. Season the dip with salt and pepper.
  51. 51. Arrange the pumpkin on plates.
  52. 52. Place the chicken skewers alongside.
  53. 53. Serve the dish with the yogurt dip.
