  1. 1. Add sesame oil and two tablespoons of neutral vegetable oil to a bowl.
  2. 2. Add cumin, cayenne pepper, and cinnamon.
  3. 3. Cut the meat into cubes of about three centimeters.
  4. 4. Mix the meat cubes thoroughly with the spiced oil.
  5. 5. Let the meat mixture marinate for one hour.
  6. 6. Peel the shallots and halve them.
  7. 7. Wash the apricots and halve them.
  8. 8. Remove the pits from the apricot halves.
  9. 9. Alternately thread meat cubes, shallot halves, and apricot halves onto the skewers.
  10. 10. Heat the remaining oil in a pan.
  11. 11. Fry the skewers in batches over medium heat.
  12. 12. Fry the skewers for four to five minutes on each side.
  13. 13. Remove the finished skewers from the pan.
  14. 14. Season the skewers with salt to taste.
