  1. 1. Cut the chicken fillets into strips about 2 centimeters wide and thin.
  2. 2. Mix the remaining ingredients to make a marinade. Marinate the meat strips for a few hours. Then remove them, let them drain, and skewer them in a wavy pattern onto 8 wooden skewers. Grill or fry the skewers for a few minutes, brushing them occasionally with the marinade.
  3. 3. Roast the peanuts without fat in a pan. Let them cool down, then crush them finely in a mortar.
