  2. 2. Wash the chili pepper, cut it in half lengthwise, remove the seeds, and finely chop the flesh.
  3. 3. Peel the garlic cloves and chop them finely as well.
  4. 4. Mix the chopped chili, sesame, rosemary, ketchup, honey, lemon juice, and sesame oil in a small bowl to create a marinade.
  5. 5. Brush the chicken thighs generously with the marinade.
  6. 6. Place the chicken thighs on the grill and cook them over medium heat for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. 7. Turn the chicken thighs regularly during grilling and brush them repeatedly with the remaining marinade.
  8. 8. Season the finished chicken thighs with salt at the end.
