🍽️ Grilled Chicken Thighs with Herb Butter

Ingredients
- 12 chicken drumsticks
- 1 red chili pepper
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp fresh chopped rosemary
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp sesame oil
- salt
Instructions
- 1. Wash the chicken thighs thoroughly and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
- 2. Wash the chili pepper, cut it in half lengthwise, remove the seeds, and finely chop the flesh.
- 3. Peel the garlic cloves and chop them finely as well.
- 4. Mix the chopped chili, sesame, rosemary, ketchup, honey, lemon juice, and sesame oil in a small bowl to create a marinade.
- 5. Brush the chicken thighs generously with the marinade.
- 6. Place the chicken thighs on the grill and cook them over medium heat for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
- 7. Turn the chicken thighs regularly during grilling and brush them repeatedly with the remaining marinade.
- 8. Season the finished chicken thighs with salt at the end.
