🍽️ Chicken drumsticks with honey-mustard glaze and roasted vegetables

Ingredients
- 2 Carrots
- 400 g firm-boiling Potatoes
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
- 8 Chicken drumsticks
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp hot Mustard
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Set the heating mode to top and bottom heat.
- 2. Peel the carrots and potatoes. Cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- 3. Place the vegetables on a baking sheet. Drizzle with some oil. Season with salt and pepper.
- 4. Place the tray in the oven. Roast the vegetables for about 10 minutes. Turn the vegetables halfway through.
- 5. Rinse the chicken drumsticks under cold water. Pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
- 6. Whisk the honey, mustard, lemon juice, and 3 to 4 tablespoons of oil together in a small bowl.
- 7. Season the marinade with salt and pepper. Brush the chicken drumsticks with the mixture.
- 8. Place the glazed chicken drumsticks on top of the vegetables in the oven. Bake everything for another 20 to 25 minutes.
- 9. Turn the chicken drumsticks occasionally during baking. Brush them repeatedly with the remaining glaze.
