  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Set the heating mode to top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Peel the carrots and potatoes. Cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  3. 3. Place the vegetables on a baking sheet. Drizzle with some oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. 4. Place the tray in the oven. Roast the vegetables for about 10 minutes. Turn the vegetables halfway through.
  5. 5. Rinse the chicken drumsticks under cold water. Pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  6. 6. Whisk the honey, mustard, lemon juice, and 3 to 4 tablespoons of oil together in a small bowl.
  7. 7. Season the marinade with salt and pepper. Brush the chicken drumsticks with the mixture.
  8. 8. Place the glazed chicken drumsticks on top of the vegetables in the oven. Bake everything for another 20 to 25 minutes.
  9. 9. Turn the chicken drumsticks occasionally during baking. Brush them repeatedly with the remaining glaze.
