  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius using the top and bottom heat setting.
  2. 2. Wash the chicken drumsticks thoroughly. Pat them dry with a kitchen towel. Separate the drumsticks into two parts at the joint.
  3. 3. Wash the potatoes. Cut them into coarse cubes.
  4. 4. Peel the onion. Cut it into coarse cubes as well.
  5. 5. Place the chicken meat, potatoes, and onions into a baking dish.
  6. 6. Drizzle everything with 2 tablespoons of oil.
  7. 7. Season the dish with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. 8. Pour the white wine over the meat and vegetables.
  9. 9. Place the dish in the oven. Braise the chicken for about 35 minutes.
  10. 10. Gradually add some meat stock (broth) to prevent it from drying out.
  11. 11. Turn the chicken drumsticks repeatedly to ensure even cooking.
  12. 12. Add the olives to the dish about 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time.
  13. 13. Mix chili flakes, the remaining oil, honey, lemon juice, and parsley in a small bowl to create a sauce.
  14. 14. Brush the chicken meat with this sauce before finishing the cooking process.
