Ingredients
- 2 chicken drumsticks
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 400 g tomatoes
- 2 spring onions
- 3 garlic cloves
- 200 ml broth
- salt
- pepper (from the mill, coarsely ground)
Instructions
- 1. Season the chicken thighs generously with salt and pepper.
- 2. Heat the olive oil in a pan that is safe for the oven.
- 3. Brown the chicken thighs on all sides until golden.
- 4. Peel the garlic cloves and cut them into coarse pieces.
- 5. Wash the spring onions and slice them into small rings.
- 6. Wash the tomatoes and remove the hard green part where the stem was attached.
- 7. Dice the tomatoes into small cubes.
- 8. Add the garlic, spring onions, and tomato cubes to the pan.
- 9. Season the vegetables again with a little salt and pepper.
- 10. Pour the broth over the entire dish.
- 11. Place the pan in the oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius.
- 12. Bake the dish for about 25 minutes.
