  7. 7. Rinse the deseeded chili pepper.
  8. 8. Finely chop the chili.
  9. 9. Mix the chili with one tablespoon of lime juice.
  10. 10. Add salt and balsamic vinegar to the chili mixture.
  11. 11. Stir the sauce until smooth.
  12. 12. Fold in two tablespoons of olive oil into the sauce.
