  6. 6. Cut the goat cheese into thin strips.
  7. 7. Wash the apples thoroughly.

  9. 9. Cut the apple flesh into long, thin sticks.
  10. 10. Wash the grapes and pat them dry.
  11. 11. Halve the grapes.
  12. 12. Drain the olives well.
  13. 13. Rinse very salty olives briefly under cold water.

  15. 15. Cut the cooled chicken breast into 1 cm cubes.
