Ingredients
- 1 small cauliflower
- 2 chicken breast fillets
- 2 onions
- 2 carrots
- 1 garlic clove
- 150 g frozen peas
- 1 red chili pepper
- 100 g unsalted peanuts
- 6 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 bunch cilantro
- salt (pepper)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the chicken breast under running water.
- 2. Pat the meat completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Cut the chicken meat into thin strips.
- 4. Rinse the cauliflower under running water.
- 5. Remove the hard core at the bottom of the cauliflower.
- 6. Divide the cauliflower into small florets.
- 7. Slice the cauliflower florets into thin pieces.
- 8. Peel the onions and remove the skin from the garlic cloves.
- 9. Chop the onions and garlic roughly.
- 10. Rinse the carrots under running water.
- 11. Slice the carrots diagonally into thin pieces.
- 12. Heat sesame oil in a pan.
- 13. Fry the chicken strips in the hot oil.
- 14. Fry the cauliflower slices separately in the pan.
- 15. Fry the carrot slices separately in the pan.
- 16. Fry the chopped onions and garlic separately in the pan.
- 17. Season all fried ingredients with salt.
- 18. Season all fried ingredients with pepper.
- 19. Return all fried ingredients to the pan.
- 20. Mix the ingredients well in the pan.
- 21. Heat the mixture in the pan again.
- 22. Rinse the coriander leaves under running water.
- 23. Finely pick the coriander leaves from the stems.
- 24. Sprinkle the coriander leaves over the finished dish.
- 25. Serve the chicken pan with peanuts.
