🍽️ Crispy chicken drumsticks with creamy wine-cream sauce

Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- paprika powder (sweet)
- 400 g ribbon noodles
- 250 ml chicken stock (jar)
- 100 ml dry white wine
- 200 g whipping cream
- light sauce thickener (or 30 g cold butter in pieces)
Instructions
- 1. Rub the chicken drumsticks generously with salt, pepper, and paprika powder.
- 2. Lightly grease a baking dish.
- 3. Place the seasoned chicken drumsticks into the prepared dish.
- 4. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- 5. Roast the chicken drumsticks in the preheated oven for about 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown.
- 6. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions until firm to the bite (al dente).
- 7. Pour the roasting juices from the baking dish and the wine into a pot.
- 8. Boil the liquid rapidly over high heat until it has reduced by half.
- 9. Stir the cream into the reduced liquid gradually.
- 10. Boil the sauce again until it has reduced by half again.
- 11. Season the sauce finally with salt and pepper.
- 12. Optionally, thicken the sauce by adding a little cornstarch or cold butter cubes.
- 13. Plate the chicken drumsticks.
- 14. Serve the drained ribbon pasta alongside.
- 15. Pour the warm sauce over everything.
