  3. 3. Place the seasoned chicken drumsticks into the prepared dish.

  5. 5. Roast the chicken drumsticks in the preheated oven for about 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown.
  6. 6. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions until firm to the bite (al dente).
  7. 7. Pour the roasting juices from the baking dish and the wine into a pot.
  8. 8. Boil the liquid rapidly over high heat until it has reduced by half.
  9. 9. Stir the cream into the reduced liquid gradually.
  10. 10. Boil the sauce again until it has reduced by half again.
  11. 11. Season the sauce finally with salt and pepper.
  12. 12. Optionally, thicken the sauce by adding a little cornstarch or cold butter cubes.
