  4. 4. Place the yogurt, vinegar, and oil into a bowl.
  5. 5. Press the garlic directly into the yogurt mixture.
  6. 6. Stir in the ginger.
  7. 7. Add the coriander, cumin, chili, turmeric, pepper, and food coloring.
  8. 8. Whisk all ingredients well until a homogeneous marinade forms.
  9. 9. Coat the chicken drumsticks thoroughly with the marinade.
  10. 10. Place the drumsticks in a container and seal it.
  11. 11. Let the drumsticks marinate in the refrigerator for about 6 hours.
  12. 12. Line a baking tray with aluminum foil.
  13. 13. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  14. 14. Place the marinated drumsticks on the prepared tray.
  15. 15. Bake the drumsticks in the oven for about 35 minutes.
