Ingredients
- 4 chicken drumsticks
- salt
- pepper
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- Tabasco
- sliced cucumber
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
- 2. Season the chicken drumsticks generously with salt and pepper.
- 3. Line a baking tray with aluminum foil.
- 4. Place the seasoned drumsticks on the tray.
- 5. Mix ketchup with a few dashes of Tabasco sauce in a small bowl.
- 6. Brush the drumsticks with the sauce.
- 7. Place the tray on the middle rack in the oven.
- 8. Roast the drumsticks for about 40 minutes.
- 9. Brush the drumsticks with the pan juices repeatedly during cooking.
- 10. Remove the drumsticks from the oven.
- 11. Serve the drumsticks garnished with fresh cucumber slices.
