  7. 7. Slice the chili pepper into thin rings.
  8. 8. Peel the onion.
  9. 9. Cut the onion into thin strips.
  10. 10. Place the chicken drumsticks in a baking dish.
  11. 11. Mix the broth with two tablespoons of apple juice.
  12. 12. Pour the liquid over the meat.
  13. 13. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  14. 14. Close the lid of the baking dish.
