  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Wash the chicken drumsticks thoroughly and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Separate the drumsticks into smaller pieces at the joints.
  4. 4. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
  5. 5. Rinse the lemons under hot water and dry them.
  6. 6. Cut the lemons into bite-sized pieces.
  7. 7. Wash the broccoli and remove the tough stems.
  8. 8. Cut the broccoli into small florets.
  9. 9. Bring water to a boil and add some salt.
  10. 10. Cook the broccoli for about 4 minutes in the boiling water (this is called blanching).
  11. 11. Immediately shock the broccoli with cold water to stop the cooking process.
  12. 12. Let the broccoli drain well.
  13. 13. Press the garlic with the flat side of a knife.
  14. 14. Lightly grease a baking dish.
  15. 15. Place the chicken pieces, lemon pieces, broccoli, and garlic into the dish.
  16. 16. Pour the wine and meat stock (fond) over the ingredients.
  17. 17. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the dish.
  18. 18. Bake the dish for about 45 minutes in the preheated oven.
  19. 19. Remove the baking dish from the oven.
  20. 20. Serve the food immediately while warm.
