🍽️ Juicy Grilled Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
- 4 chicken drumsticks
- Juice of a lemon
- salt
- white pepper
- 1 tsp paprika powder (sweet)
- 4 tbsp dry sherry
- 8 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Split the chicken thighs at the joints into bite-sized pieces.
- 2. Rinse the meat pieces under cold water.
- 3. Pat the meat completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 4. Mix all the marinade ingredients together in a bowl.
- 5. Place the chicken pieces into the marinade.
- 6. Let the meat marinate for 20 minutes.
- 7. Remove the chicken pieces from the marinade.
- 8. Let the excess liquid drip off the meat.
- 9. Briefly pat the chicken pieces dry with a cloth.
- 10. Place the meat on the preheated grill.
- 11. Grill the chicken thighs for 25 minutes.
- 12. Turn the pieces several times while grilling.
- 13. Brush the chicken pieces repeatedly with the marinade.
- 14. Grill some lemon slices separately.
- 15. Serve the chicken thighs with the grilled lemon slices.
