  3. 3. Drain the broccoli and rinse it briefly with cold water to stop the cooking process.
  4. 4. Wash the chicken meat and pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
  5. 5. Cut the chicken meat into thin strips.
  6. 6. Clean the mushrooms and slice them into thin pieces.
  7. 7. Wash the chili pepper and the lemongrass and dry them.
  8. 8. Cut the chili pepper and the lemongrass into fine rings.
  9. 9. Heat oil in a frying pan.
  10. 10. Fry the chicken strips in the hot pan.
  11. 11. Add the mushrooms, ginger, lemongrass, chili, and broccoli to the pan.
  12. 12. Continue to fry everything while stirring constantly for 4 to 5 minutes.
  13. 13. Season the dish with chili sauce and soy sauce to taste.
  14. 14. Serve the chicken with vegetables in bowls.
