🍽️ Quick Chicken Stir-Fry with Broccoli

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breast fillets
- 200 g broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp oil (30 g each)
- 400 g shiitake mushrooms
- 1 chili pepper
- 0.333 lemongrass stalks
- 1 tsp ginger
- chili sauce (sweet and sour)
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
Instructions
- 1. Bring water to a boil in a pot and add some salt.
- 2. Add the broccoli to the boiling water and cook for about 4 minutes until it is still firm to the bite.
- 3. Drain the broccoli and rinse it briefly with cold water to stop the cooking process.
- 4. Wash the chicken meat and pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
- 5. Cut the chicken meat into thin strips.
- 6. Clean the mushrooms and slice them into thin pieces.
- 7. Wash the chili pepper and the lemongrass and dry them.
- 8. Cut the chili pepper and the lemongrass into fine rings.
- 9. Heat oil in a frying pan.
- 10. Fry the chicken strips in the hot pan.
- 11. Add the mushrooms, ginger, lemongrass, chili, and broccoli to the pan.
- 12. Continue to fry everything while stirring constantly for 4 to 5 minutes.
- 13. Season the dish with chili sauce and soy sauce to taste.
- 14. Serve the chicken with vegetables in bowls.
