🍽️ Crispy Chicken Wings with Dip

Ingredients
- 20 Chicken Wings
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
- 1 tbsp Bell Peppers (sweet)
- 6 tbsp Seed Oil
- 3 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
- Tabasco
- 150 g Cream Cheese
- 2 tbsp Horseradish (freshly grated or jar)
- 3 tbsp Whipping Cream
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
- 4 stalks Celery Stalks
Instructions
- 1. Rub the chicken wings generously with salt, pepper, and paprika powder. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the wings slowly until golden brown on all sides. Remove them from the pan and let them cool down briefly.
- 2. Mix ketchup with a few drops of Tabasco sauce. Coat the cooled chicken wings evenly with this mixture.
- 3. Place the wings side by side on the rack in the oven. Bake them at 250 degrees or under the hot grill until golden brown again.
- 4. Mix cream cheese with horseradish and cream until smooth to create a dip sauce. Season it finally with salt and pepper. Wash the celery, remove the leaves, and cut it into sticks about 12 to 15 centimeters long.
- 5. Serve the hot chicken wings together with the dip and the celery sticks.
