  1. 1. Rub the chicken wings generously with salt, pepper, and paprika powder. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the wings slowly until golden brown on all sides. Remove them from the pan and let them cool down briefly.
  2. 2. Mix ketchup with a few drops of Tabasco sauce. Coat the cooled chicken wings evenly with this mixture.
  3. 3. Place the wings side by side on the rack in the oven. Bake them at 250 degrees or under the hot grill until golden brown again.
  4. 4. Mix cream cheese with horseradish and cream until smooth to create a dip sauce. Season it finally with salt and pepper. Wash the celery, remove the leaves, and cut it into sticks about 12 to 15 centimeters long.
  5. 5. Serve the hot chicken wings together with the dip and the celery sticks.
