  4. 4. Pat the wings dry with kitchen paper.
  5. 5. Peel the garlic cloves.
  6. 6. Finely chop the garlic.
  7. 7. Wash the chili pepper.
  8. 8. Remove the stem and seeds from the chili pepper.
  9. 9. Finely chop the chili pepper.
  10. 10. Mix the chopped garlic, tomato paste, honey, mustard, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, and herbs in a bowl.
  11. 11. Add the oil to the marinade and stir everything well.
  12. 12. Season the mixture with salt.
  13. 13. Distribute the chicken wings evenly on the prepared baking tray.
  14. 14. Brush the wings generously with the spice mixture.
  15. 15. Roast the wings in the oven for about 25 minutes.
  16. 16. Turn the wings occasionally during the cooking time.
