🍽️ Italian-style Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- 1 kg Chicken Wing
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Chili Pepper
- 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Hot Mustard
- 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Freshly Chopped Herbs (Thyme and Rosemary)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius using the top and bottom heat setting.
- 2. Line a baking tray with aluminum foil.
- 3. Thoroughly wash the chicken wings.
- 4. Pat the wings dry with kitchen paper.
- 5. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 6. Finely chop the garlic.
- 7. Wash the chili pepper.
- 8. Remove the stem and seeds from the chili pepper.
- 9. Finely chop the chili pepper.
- 10. Mix the chopped garlic, tomato paste, honey, mustard, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, and herbs in a bowl.
- 11. Add the oil to the marinade and stir everything well.
- 12. Season the mixture with salt.
- 13. Distribute the chicken wings evenly on the prepared baking tray.
- 14. Brush the wings generously with the spice mixture.
- 15. Roast the wings in the oven for about 25 minutes.
- 16. Turn the wings occasionally during the cooking time.
- 17. Coat the wings again with the remaining paste each time you turn them.
- 18. Serve the finished wings on green salad as desired.
- 19. Sprinkle the dish with Parmesan cheese as desired.
