🍽️ Crispy Chicken Wings with Double-Fried Fries

Ingredients
- 16 Chicken Wings
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tsp Thyme
- 800 g Potatoes
- Oil
- Salt
Instructions
- 1. Mix lemon juice, oil, pressed garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme in a bowl.
- 2. Place the chicken wings in the marinade and let them marinate for 20 minutes.
- 3. Remove the wings from the marinade and let them drain briefly.
- 4. Preheat the grill and place the wings on the hot grate.
- 5. Grill the wings for about 10 minutes, turning them constantly.
- 6. Brush the wings repeatedly with the remaining marinade while grilling.
- 7. Fry the potatoes in the deep fryer until they are light yellow.
- 8. Remove the potatoes from the deep fryer and let them drain.
- 9. Let the potatoes cool down completely.
- 10. Put the cooled potatoes back into the hot deep fryer just before serving.
- 11. Fry the potatoes until they are crispy.
- 12. Remove the finished fries and let them drain.
- 13. Season the fries with salt at the end.
- 14. Serve the chicken wings together with the fries and ketchup.
