  1. 1. Cut the chicken meat into small cubes.
  2. 2. Mix the meat cubes with the soy sauce.
  3. 3. Cut the sausages into bite-sized pieces.
  4. 4. Wash the bell peppers thoroughly.
  5. 5. Halve the bell peppers lengthwise.
  6. 6. Remove the seeds and white inner membranes from the bell peppers.
  7. 7. Cut the deseeded bell peppers into larger cubes.
  8. 8. Wash the sage leaves.
  9. 9. Shake the sage leaves dry.
  10. 10. Cut the toast bread into small cubes.
  11. 11. Drizzle the bread cubes with the oil.
  12. 12. Cook the rice in salted water according to the instructions on the package.
  13. 13. Thread all prepared ingredients alternately onto the wooden skewers.
  14. 14. Grill the skewers for approx. 7–10 minutes on the hot grill.
  15. 15. Serve the skewers on plates with the rice.
  16. 16. Garnish the dish with lemon wedges.
