Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp chili sauce
- 1 pinch ginger
- 1 pinch garlic
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp goat cream cheese
- 1 tsp chive rings
- 4 sage leaves
- 20 g mozzarella
- 2 slices Parma ham
- 1 tbsp pickled bell peppers (jar)
- 10 g basil
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the chicken breast fillets under running water.
- 2. Pat the fillets completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- 4. Brush a baking dish suitable for the oven with one tablespoon of oil.
- 5. Mix the chili sauce with the grated ginger.
- 6. Stir the chili sauce well with the pressed garlic.
- 7. Brush the first chicken breasts with the chili mixture.
- 8. Roll the marinated fillets in the sesame seeds.
- 9. Place the sesame fillets into the prepared baking dish.
- 10. Cut a pocket into each of the remaining chicken breasts.
- 11. Mix the cream cheese with the finely chopped chives.
- 12. Season the cream cheese mixture with salt and pepper.
- 13. Fill the cream cheese mixture into the pockets of the chicken breasts.
- 14. Finely chop the sage leaves.
- 15. Cut the mozzarella into small cubes.
- 16. Fill the sage and mozzarella mixture into the chicken pockets.
- 17. Wrap the stuffed breasts with thin slices of ham.
- 18. Pat the bell peppers dry.
- 19. Cut the bell peppers into small pieces.
- 20. Fill the pepper pieces along with the fresh basil leaves into the chicken pockets.
- 21. Secure all stuffed breasts with toothpicks.
- 22. Season the breasts on the outside with salt and pepper.
- 23. Place all the breasts into the baking dish.
- 24. Drizzle everything with the remaining oil.
- 25. Bake the chicken in the oven for about 30 minutes.
- 26. Slice the finished breasts.
- 27. Serve the chicken breast fillets.
