  1. 1. Rinse the chicken fillets under running water.
  2. 2. Pat the meat dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Cut the fillets into large pieces.
  4. 4. Whisk together 2 tablespoons of sherry vinegar, 1 tablespoon of honey mustard, and 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a bowl.
  5. 5. Season the marinade with salt and pepper.
  6. 6. Place the chicken pieces in the marinade and turn them so they are well coated.
  7. 7. Remove the stems and the inside of the peppers.
  8. 8. Wash the peppers and cut them into pieces.
  9. 9. Peel the onions.
  10. 10. Quarter or halve the onions.
  11. 11. Thread the pepper and onion pieces alternately onto the skewers.
  12. 12. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan.
  13. 13. Fry the skewers over medium heat for about 8 minutes.
  14. 14. Turn the skewers regularly while frying.
  15. 15. Season the skewers with salt and pepper at the end.
  16. 16. Add the rosemary sprigs to the frying fat for a short time.
  17. 17. Deglaze the pan with 1/8 liter of water and cream.
  18. 18. Remove the skewers from the pan and set them aside.
  19. 19. Stir 1 to 2 tablespoons of honey mustard into the sauce.
  20. 20. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and a little vinegar.
