🍽️ Chicken Fillet in Mustard Marinade

Ingredients
- 500 g chicken breast fillet
- 2.5 tbsp Maille sherry vinegar
- 2.5 tbsp Maille Dijon mustard (with honey)
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 300 g light green bell peppers
- 2 red onions
- a few small rosemary sprigs
- 75 g whipping cream
- kebab skewers
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the chicken fillets under running water.
- 2. Pat the meat dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Cut the fillets into large pieces.
- 4. Whisk together 2 tablespoons of sherry vinegar, 1 tablespoon of honey mustard, and 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a bowl.
- 5. Season the marinade with salt and pepper.
- 6. Place the chicken pieces in the marinade and turn them so they are well coated.
- 7. Remove the stems and the inside of the peppers.
- 8. Wash the peppers and cut them into pieces.
- 9. Peel the onions.
- 10. Quarter or halve the onions.
- 11. Thread the pepper and onion pieces alternately onto the skewers.
- 12. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan.
- 13. Fry the skewers over medium heat for about 8 minutes.
- 14. Turn the skewers regularly while frying.
- 15. Season the skewers with salt and pepper at the end.
- 16. Add the rosemary sprigs to the frying fat for a short time.
- 17. Deglaze the pan with 1/8 liter of water and cream.
- 18. Remove the skewers from the pan and set them aside.
- 19. Stir 1 to 2 tablespoons of honey mustard into the sauce.
- 20. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and a little vinegar.
